May Day is Lei Day Program 2019
Congratulations to the entire student body for a beautiful May Day Program. Led by the May Day Royal Court, composed of Eighth Graders, the day was beautiful. We even had a small blessing with the skies sprinkling a few raindrops at the beginning of the program. The students honored the Blessed Mother with a May Crowning presentation of flowers, plants, and lei. Then, each class performed a Hawaiian song and dance. The students were well prepared and looked beautiful! Thank you to the teacher planning committee and to the parents that helped to organize this event, make costumes, donate plants and flowers, and loaned and set up tents for shade! Everyone enjoyed the May Day is Lei Day Program!
