Mission: St. Anthony School Athletic Program provides students an opportunity to learn and develop fundamental skills of the game. The objectives are to foster an appreciation for team sports and the camaraderie, sportsmanship and fun; inherent in participation. School officials, coaches, parents and students are expected to support and promote Catholic values by displaying fair play, good sportsmanship and self-discipline.
St. Anthony School participates in the Catholic School League and Christian School Athletic League. Students develop teamwork and athletic skills. All student athletes are required to be good citizens and maintain a GPA of 70%.
The following forms are required to participate:
- Catholic School League Waiver
- Sports Physical
- Athletic Fees – $25.00 for one sport and $40.00 for two sports
- Additional fees may apply for uniforms
Practices and games are held after school. Days and times are determined by coaches. The game schedule can be found on the Athletic Calendar.
2016-2017 Athletic Program
Christian School Athletic League (CSAL):
Volleyball and Basketball – Boys and Girls (4th – 6th)
A competitive league that offers 5th -8th graders an opportunity to play basketball, volleyball, and track. Preference is given to 7th and 8th graders in the division I basketball and volleyball while 5th and 6th graders are given preference in the division II basketball and volleyball. Track is composed of two teams, which allows for 5th -8th graders to participate at one scheduled meet.
Catholic School League (CSL):
Volleyball, Basketball and Track – Boys and Girls (5th – 8th)
A participatory league for students 4th-6th grades that offers Basketball and Volleyball.
Cross Country Team:
Boys and Girls (5th – 8th)
A club that competes in 3 meets during the fall term: King Intermediate, Iolani, and Punahou Meets.
